  NATIONAL EAS TEST = NATIONAL DISAPPOINTMENT

  Yesterday's first-ever National EAS Test was a serious 
disappointment.  One big problem: The federal government needs to 
deliver decent audio to the LP-1s.

  Reactions from industry leaders will be available from the trade
