Update as of Tuesday, June 13, 2006
Just wanted to provide you with another short update on the
[Mt. Wilson power rebuild project by Southern California Edison].
We're running about 2-3 weeks behind what I had previously
indicated [CGC #737]. The new substation equipment will be
completely energized tomorrow [June 14], so we should be starting
with the "east end" cutovers next week (as opposed to late May as
I had indicated previously). This will push the rest of the work
out accordingly, so the far "west end" will probably be late June/
early July, and the "center" section will be worked through the
month of July (but we're still shooting to be completely done
before August). And, of course, we'll be doing our best to give
each of you at least a weeks notice for your specific outage.
Hope this helps. Again, please pass this information along
as necessary and feel free to contact me for more specifics.
