MEDIA COVERAGE OF THE KATY/KRTH CASE BEGINS
Radio Business Report ("RBR") is on top of the KATY complaint
against the HD Radio operation at KRTH (re CGC #1008). In fact,
you may download a copy of the entire KATY complaint (about 10 MB)
via the "Attachments" box in the right column of their story
which is available at the URL below.
The KATY complaint appears to be anything but insignificant.
KATY claims that ongoing HD Radio interference caused by KRTH is
impacting "71.5% of the persons within the entire predicted
KATY-FM 60dBu F(50,50) contour."
CGC looks forward to carrying the responses of KRTH/CBS and
the FCC.
